Shannon brings over 35 years of financial services experience to our team, where she serves as both a Financial Advisor and Branch Manager. She worked side-by-side with her business partner and best friend, Pete Mahurin and helped build The Vitale Group into the client focused team it is today. Shannon attended Western Kentucky University and the Wealth Planning Essentials Program at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
Shannon assists both individual and institutional clients. She provides investment management and comprehensive financial planning, as well as tax, retirement, and estate planning services. Through her dedication and commitment to long lasting relationships, Shannon has helped multiple generations achieve their financial goals.
Shannon supports numerous community endeavors, perhaps none more impactful than the Women’s Fund of South-Central Kentucky. In 2012, she spearheaded the creation of this collective giving initiative dedicated to improving the quality of life for women, children, and families in our region. Since its inception, the Women’s Fund has awarded over $1,000,000 in grants to charities that support women, children, and families. Shannon was the 2016 recipient of the ATHENA Leadership Award and is a current board member of the WKU Foundation at Western Kentucky University. Shannon and her husband Michael live in Bowling Green and have three sons. In her spare time, Shannon enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and helping members of our community.
